AIP Burgers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. fresh oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. bacon fat

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except bacon fat with your hands.
  • Shape mixture into 4-inch patties.
  • Heat a wide frying pan or cast iron skillet over medium heat with bacon fat.
  • Cook burgers for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
